Who they are, what they do, what problems they had

Coflex is a leading Mexican company in the plumbing and construction sector, primarily recognized for the design and manufacturing of innovative solutions for water and gas conduction.

When they came to CRITERIA, they had a PIM instance that was poorly configured and disconnected from the rest of their tech stack. The PIM existed, but it wasn't being used.

What We Did to Help Them

First, we worked on data health, redesigning their taxonomy and improving attribute quality. Then, we cleaned the data and re-parameterized their Sales Layer PIM instance. Finally, we developed various integrations to connect the PIM with their ERP and B2B.

What They Achieved

They significantly improved all aspects of their workflow. They advanced in the maturity and consolidation of product information, enabling them to go a step further: offering their distributors the possibility to obtain product information by selecting items from an options menu. This provided new value to their distribution chain.
